2024 Tuition/Fees

Tuition for Summer School 2024 is $2000 per course for four credits or $500/credit hour for rising first-year & current college students. Class of '25 & '26 high school students pay half this amount, $1000 per course. This fee also applies to course audits. Designated lab/studio courses will have a $100 lab fee. NSF Fee is $50. Travel courses may have other fees/expenses associated with the travel. A W&J student may apply for a credit-bearing internship in the Summer of 2024 at a rate of $250 per credit. The internship application form is available on the Registrar’s MyW&J site and must be submitted with all information and signatures complete by April 15, 2024.

Registration Deposit: A $100 Registration Deposit is due at the time of registration, which will secure your registration in the course. The deposit will be credited toward the tuition payment for the course. The deposit will be fully refunded in the event that the course does not run or if the class is dropped prior to final registration; the deposit will not be refunded after the final registration period. Payment: Full payment must be received one week prior to the start of classes. Students will be disenrolled if payment is not received in full by this deadline. Payment can be made by check, credit card, or cash at the Business Office. You may call the Business Office at 724-223-6014 to make payment arrangements.

Tuition Remission: W&J employees and their dependents are eligible for tuition remission during Summer School. In order to take advantage of tuition remission, the W&J employee must complete a form that is available on the Human Resources website.

Refunds

• Before Final Registration (May 15 for Summer I and Summer 1-B, June 15 for Summer II): Full refund (including deposit)
• After Final Registration through the Monday prior to the start of classes: Full refund, less the $100 course registration deposit (see specific dates for the current summer on our Important Dates page.)
